House Parents live in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. You’ll model positive behavior, help with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to support the holistic development of pre-K through 12th-grade students. This role emphasizes mentoring youth, teamwork, diversity, personal growth, and a student-centered approach to education within a residential setting.
