House Parents

House Parents provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment in student homes for Milton Hershey School’s residential program. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, and collaborating with school staff to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth within a living-learning setting. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, fostering diversity and teamwork, and contributing to student well-being and development in a live-in capacity.
