House Parents

Provide supervision and mentorship to K-12 students within student homes at Milton Hershey School. Model positive behavior, support students' academic, social, and emotional growth, assist with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. This live-in role emphasizes mentoring youth, fostering well-being, and contributing to a supportive residential community that promotes diversity and teamwork.
