House Parents at Milton Hershey School provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students in a residential setting. They live in student homes and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth by modeling positive behavior, helping with homework and activities, and collaborating with school staff. The role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team and is ideal for individuals passionate about mentoring youth and making a lasting impact on students’ lives across pre-K through 12th grade.
