House Parents

Conduct daily care and supervision for residents, manage meal preparation, and oversee hygiene routines while fostering a safe and supportive environment. Coordinate with staff to address behavioral needs and maintain accurate documentation of daily activities. Participate in team meetings to review resident progress and adjust care plans as necessary. This role requires full-time commitment with on-call rotation for emergencies.
