House Parents

Live in student homes and provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Model positive behavior, assist with homework and activities, and collaborate with school staff to foster student development. This role is part of the Education, Training & E-Learning team at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free private residential school serving pre-K through 12th grade.
