Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School are full-time, married-couple professionals who reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. The position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits and requires two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and experience with youth; the on-campus environment is smoke- and weapon-free with no alcohol on duty. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person, potential total compensation around $168,000 per couple, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
