Job Summary
House Parent position for Milton Hershey School, a two-person, on-campus, Full-time Flex Houseparent role located in Hershey, PA (posted location Seven Hills, OH for applicants). The role involves residing in student homes with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; managing routines and schedules; administering medications; driving students to activities; planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities; leading daily devotions and chapel attendance; and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
