House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Hershey, PA, living in student homes and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, up to three dependents, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, adherence to campus conduct, and a high school diploma or GED.
