Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance, paid training, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, two-person couple eligibility, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, up to three dependents in the home, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Relocation package is provided.
