Job Summary
House Parent – a full-time, two-person role for married couples at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines and schedules, medication administration, transportation of students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially serving multiple homes on a rotating nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment. Offers relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a competitive total compensation package for couples (salary per person: $44,768; total ≈ $168,000 for the pair). Requires strong youth experience, a high school diploma or GED, U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, willingness to lead faith-based activities, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Required Qualifications
