Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent team residing on-campus to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students, lead devotions and Chapel, and oversee budgeting; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student home; relocation package provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
