House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent – Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. A two-person, married-couple role in which each spouse resides in an on-campus student home to provide care, supervision, mentorship, and routine management for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, administering medications, driving students to activities, budgeting and household reporting, and engaging in development and recreational activities with students. The schedule initially spans nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; salary per person is $44,768 with total couple compensation around $168,000, plus housing and other benefits.
