House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parents (two-person, married couple) needed for on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, medications, and student wellness, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially rotating among homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with potential to transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group. Relocation package provided; includes medical/dental/vision benefits, retirement options, paid training, PTO, and housing/lodging utilities while on duty. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
