Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role. The position involves a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with on-campus housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance is provided. Requires a two-person, married couple team with both spouses 27+ years old, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couple
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
