Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role located on campus in Minnetonka, MN, supporting a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial rotation to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Salary per person is $44,768 with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; role requires a married couple, both ages 27+, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a U.S. driver’s license and willingness to work within a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Required Qualifications
