House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from initial assignment to a Placed Houseparent living with the same students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with alcohol prohibited on duty; applicants must be a legally married two-spouse pair aged 27 or older and both spouses must complete individual applications.
