Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School (Hershey, PA) for married couples who reside on-campus with a group of ~8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like home environment. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting and planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Relocation package included; benefits cover medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, and training. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for both spouses to apply individually (two-person role). Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
