House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential student setting, residing in on-campus homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and family-like care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising student routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Requires experience with youth, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty. The role initially supports multiple homes on a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same student group.
