Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside in on-campus homes for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, routines, transportation, devotions, budgeting, and a structured family-like environment. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a stable student-home assignment. Includes relocation package and comprehensive benefits, medical/dental/vision, retirement, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
