Job Summary
House Parent - a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing on campus to care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and weekly chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a rotating nine-day on / three-day off schedule to a placed home living arrangement.
