Job Summary
Two-person, live-in Flex Houseparent role at a residential program for about 8–13 students. Couples reside in on-campus homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include budgeting and reporting for the household, leading daily devotions, and supervising students’ wellness and schedules. After an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle, couples transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person couple required and both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience with youth (volunteering or paid)
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Grounded in safety, supervision, and student development
