Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
