Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes in Defiance, OH, and supervise a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance; responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a fixed houseparent assignment with the same group of students. The role includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, with eligibility requiring a high school diploma or GED and both spouses, who are legally married for at least two years and are at least 27 years old, to apply as a two-person team.
