Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) will reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, coordinating routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel visits, managing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a flexible initial placement to a stable houseparent assignment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits, totaling approximately $168,000 per couple when including housing and meals. Both spouses must apply individually, be legally married for at least two years, and be at least 27 years old.
