House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, serving as a two-person married couple to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, guiding routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent where the same group of students is cared for in their own home. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions. High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be part of a legally married two-person team for consideration.
