House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and experience working or volunteering with youth. The role is two-person for married couples, with both spouses required to complete individual applications; relocation assistance is provided as part of the compensation package.
