Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) serve Full-time on-campus in Hershey, PA as Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, residing in student homes and supervising a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to lead students in devotions and chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
