Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, and support; responsibilities include daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a flex to a placed houseparent role while maintaining a structured, family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
