House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
