Job Summary
Full-time flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent role with same group of students. Requires a two-spouse, legally married partnership for at least two years, ages 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary per person is $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple.
