House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided, and both spouses must complete individual applications.
