House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person, married-couples Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, living on-campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting/reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be at least 27 years old.
