House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive health and retirement benefits; relocation assistance and paid training; PTO throughout the year.
