House Parent role for Milton Hershey School couples: Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students) and provide supervision, mentorship, and activities, including driving students to activities, budgeting, and leading devotions. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent. On-site relocation package, comprehensive benefits, and paid training are provided.
