Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, planning/deploying activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, driving students to activities, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires married couple with combined commitment to student well-being and compliance with campus policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
