House Parent position for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus housing ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initial schedule consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent in a stable home. Compensation includes $44,768 per person plus extensive benefits and relocation assistance; on-campus housing and meals provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and must be part of a legally married two-person team with both spouses at least 27 years old.
