Job Summary
Two-person, full-time live-in role providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires a legally married couple (two spouses, both applying), high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and willingness to relocate with a generous relocation package.
