House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, and planning developmental and recreational activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-on/three-off duty schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
