House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent role at Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide groups of about 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts as nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same students.
