Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team (married couple) lives on campus in student homes (8–13 students) and provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lead devotions and Chapel services
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
