Job Summary
House Parent role for married couples at Milton Hershey School: full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and activities for groups of 8–13 students, including medication administration, scheduling, driving to activities, daily devotions, and budgeting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires both spouses to be employed and complete individual applications; relocation benefits provided and comprehensive benefits package. Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; two-year marriage minimum and both spouses age 27+.
