Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple House Parent role at Milton Hershey School, located on campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
