House Parent for Milton Hershey School couples living on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a placed Houseparent role with the same student group.
