House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent position for married couples to reside on-campus and serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed-houseparent arrangement. Provides on-campus housing and meals during duty, with relocation assistance. Requires collaboration between both spouses, a valid U.S. driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses be at least 27 years old. Experience working with youth is preferred.
