Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team living on campus in Onslow County, NC, to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and progress to a Placed Houseparent role with same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and a nine-on/three-off duty cycle before transition. Requires married couples, both spouses to apply, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, alcohol-free).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
