House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

House Parent - Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. The role involves daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and coordinating Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, comfort leading devotions and chapel services, experience with youth, and a strong commitment to a safe, smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The role is a two-person couple position (married at least two years) with relocation assistance and paid training; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and on-campus housing and meals while on duty.
