Job Summary
House Parent role for two legally married individuals at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement. Requires a high school diploma or GED, both spouses aged 27+, and a relocation package to Hershey, PA. Required Qualifications
