House Parent - Relocation Package to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to care for 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent in the same student home.
