Job Summary
House Parents for two-person couples will reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, and will rotate a nine-day on/three-day off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position offers relocation assistance, a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals, utilities, and more), comprehensive benefits, paid training, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married (for consideration as a two-person couple)
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
